Are you saying that you tested positive for Lyme and did not receive any antibiotics at all and nothing is being done to halt the spread of the disease? Is it even ethical to refuse treatment because they didn’t diagnose you quickly enough? I would see another doctor for a second opinion. That just doesn’t sound right to me at all.

Here in Arizona the doctors are ignoring me for the most part. I bring my MD articles from the Web and he trys to help, but last week he said ithat the help or treatment that I need is most likely out of the realm of his knowledge base. He even spoke with someone from a disease center and he said they told him Lyme could only be treated in the beginning stage, thereafter there was nothing that could be done. HELP.
